Description
The Colorado Army National Guard is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for 140 black cold-weather alpine combat boots in specified men's U.S. sizes. The requested product is Scarpa Inverno or an equal product meeting all stated requirements: a 100% waterproof plastic outer shell, removable high-altitude liner, fully rigid platform, automatic crampon compatibility, and a modern alpine-climbing sole with high-altitude liner. The attached sizing chart allocates the 140 boots across sizes 5 through 11. Quotes must include the proposed delivery timeframe, and all boots must be delivered by January 5, 2027. Award will be made to the lowest-priced quotation meeting the physical, functional, and performance criteria. The opportunity is a total small-business set-aside, and payment will be processed through Wide Area Workflow.
