Description
The United States Space Force is soliciting a small business under a total small-business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price requirement to procure, furnish, deliver, and install cubicle panels, office desks, office chairs, cabinets, lighting, and related modular furniture. The work includes disassembling, removing, and disposing of existing furniture and packing materials; cleanup; project design and management; power and electrical disconnection; function checks; and applicable manufacturer warranties. The revised solicitation removes the carpet and cove-base requirements, as well as CLINs 0004 and 0005 and the approved color-schemes attachment. Quotes must include a cover sheet or letter, completed CLIN pricing, a technical narrative addressing the approach, timeline, phasing, punch-list completion, and ultimate project completion date, a proposed bill of materials, images of the quoted furniture, and the manufacturer's company name and UEI/CAGE code when a manufacturer is used. The vendor and any furniture manufacturer must maintain active SAM registrations, and the manufacturer must be a small business under the Nonmanufacturer Rule. Controlled attachments, including the revised SOW and drawings, must be requested through the contracting officer via DoD Safe.
