Description
The Town of Berthoud is soliciting bids for the 2026 Bike Park Shade Installation Project. The work may include furnishing and installing two 12-by-12-foot shade structures, one 24-by-64-foot shade pavilion, a bicycle repair station, mobilization, and site restoration at multiple locations within the Town of Berthoud Bike Park. Quantities are not guaranteed, and payment will be based on actual quantities under the unit-price bid schedule. The successful contractor must provide the labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to complete the work by December 21, 2026. A five-percent bid security is required, and performance and payment bonds, insurance, subcontractor and supplier information, and other contract requirements apply. The bid package includes a completed Bid Form and required bid security; the apparent low bidder may also be required to submit qualifications and subcontractor, supplier, and manufacturer information.
