Description
The United States Air Force Academy requires 285 Epson BrightLink 1485Fi interactive projectors and 249 AVerMedia GS68-C soundbars for 243 cadet classrooms in Buildings 2354 and 2355. The specified equipment must be new, current-production, compatible as an integrated system, and covered by a minimum three-year manufacturer warranty. The solicitation requires an Epson Advantage Partner Certificate or a direct authorization letter from Epson America, Inc. The contractor must deliver, install, mount, align, configure, test, and calibrate 270 projectors and 244 soundbars; perform required electrical integration, wiring concealment, cleanup, and post-installation documentation; and remove, transport, and dispose of 270 legacy projectors at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office at Fort Carson. Installation must begin no later than October 15, 2026, follow the classroom schedule, and include serial-number records, acceptance-test results, manuals, warranty certificates, and support information. Quotes must include technical and price volumes, similar-project experience, the completed SF 1449, and the completed Trade Agreements Act Certificate.
