Description
The United States Space Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one Airbus DS Government Solutions Ranger 2400 terminal or equal, with options for three additional antennas. Each antenna must meet the salient characteristics in Attachment 1, including live Ku-band transmission and reception, motorized azimuth, elevation, and polarization controls, simulation-system integration, a 2.4-meter or similar non-inflatable parabolic antenna, and associated waveguide, low-noise block, upconverter, and at least 50-watt high-power amplifier. The system must be ruggedized, support daily operation for 8–12 hours, be rapidly deployable and stowable, include interchangeable or replaceable line-replaceable units, provide system warranty, parts, labor, training, and annual manufacturer-site support for Risk Management Framework maintenance, and be compatible with existing Radyne modems and Narda test translators. Quotes must include pricing for all base and option CLINs and technical documentation demonstrating compliance with the salient characteristics. Equal products must include proposed part numbers and supporting documentation; all antenna components must be manufactured in the United States to comply with the Buy American Act.
