Description
The Town of Parker is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive, year-round services for public park restrooms. The scope includes cleaning, sanitation, stocking of supplies, condition monitoring, specialized cleaning, and on-call response for both plumbed and vault restrooms. The objective is to keep the restrooms clean, sanitary, safe, fully stocked, and welcoming while allowing service levels to expand as the park system grows. The opportunity is identified as RFP 26-022 and includes a separate services price sheet and sample professional services agreement.
