Description
The United States Space Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price purchase order for 51 brand-name Telephonics TruLink Portable Transceivers, part number 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28. The equipment will replace outdated and broken units and support real-time, full-duplex communication among aircrew and medical personnel during flight when standard aircraft communication ports are insufficient or unavailable. The requested transceivers operate at 2.4 GHz with a line-of-sight range of up to 2,500 feet, 100 channels, up to 31 users per channel, and six simultaneous speakers. Each unit is approximately 6.1 by 2.9 by 1.9 inches, weighs 11 ounces with three AA batteries, and provides approximately eight hours of operating time. Required environmental and aircraft-related qualifications include MIL-STD-810F, MIL-STD-704A, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461E, and HERO approval. Quotes must include pricing and technical documentation confirming compliance with the requested part number and specifications, and may not exceed five pages.
