Description
Weslaco Independent School District is conducting a two-phase qualification-based selection for a district-wide HVAC design-build project. In Phase I, the School Board will select up to five vendors; only selected vendors may participate in Phase II. Respondents must submit a cover letter, company and team qualifications, design-build HVAC experience, a list of five similar HVAC design-build projects completed within the last five years, at least five references, project methodology, financial strength information, and specified completed forms. The electronic response also requires answers to portal questions concerning company experience, staffing, local office presence, design-build history, insurance, safety, bonding capacity, certifications, business designations, and addendum acknowledgment. The package identifies insurance requirements and requires a current yearly financial statement, but does not state a total project budget or contract term.
