Description
McAllen Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide apparel, awards, incentives, printing, signs, and related products and services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes clothing and accessories; trophies, plaques, medals, ribbons, certificates, and graduation items; promotional products; yard, metal, plastic, canvas, post-and-panel, digital, poster, banner, and other signs; business cards, envelopes, brochures, and flyers; and related screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, engraving, customization, graphic design, finishing, printing, and installation services. This is an extended response-period, non-exclusive RFP. Proposals may be submitted through the district's electronic bidding portal and will be opened and evaluated as received through June 30, 2029. The resulting coterminous contract is scheduled to end June 30, 2030. Respondents must submit percentage-discount pricing, provide a catalog website address, and may not submit catalogs with the response. The district may award to multiple qualified vendors and will consider price, quality, responsiveness, reputation, past relationship, and other statutory evaluation factors.
