Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to provide professional land surveying services. Respondents must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the requested work and must submit a proposal addressing the scope of work, qualifications, key personnel, servicing-office location, technical competence, experience, management approach, availability, and compensation. The proposal package requires a proposal sheet and response proposal, along with ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment and general liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. At least three similar-project references are required, including at least two municipal clients. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, and the Township may award to multiple professionals for the position.
