Description
Monroe County is seeking multiple qualified surveying firms or individuals for an annual continuing-services contract covering miscellaneous small projects. Potential services include boundary surveys, right-of-way determinations, specific-purpose surveys, topographic analyses, elevation certificates, and review and graphical interpretation of metes-and-bounds descriptions. Individual projects will be issued through task orders; no minimum quantity of services or compensation is guaranteed. Projects are limited to construction costs not exceeding $250,000, or professional-service fees of $25,000 per individual study. The response must be submitted as a clear, concise digital PDF and include a cover page, firm history and relevant experience, at least two governmental references from similar work performed within the past three years, proposed surveying services, staffing and key-personnel qualifications, organizational information, technology capabilities, financial and litigation information, required county forms, professional and occupational licenses, and the required insurance documentation. The resulting continuing contract is stated as four years with an option for one additional one-year renewal period.
