Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source purchase order for Association for Clinical Pastoral Education accreditation, accreditation-standards consultation, and educational support for the Chaplain Service Office at the Durham VA Health Care System. Required services include maintaining accreditation, consulting on compliance with applicable standards, supporting the education and training of Clinical Pastoral Education residents and students, supporting ACPE Certified Educator certification and continuing education, and providing access to related accreditation and professional-development resources. The notice is not a request for competitive quotations. Businesses that believe they can provide the complete requirement may submit a written capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet all requirements, including authorization to provide ACPE accreditation and related ACPE-specific services. The period of performance is one 12-month period beginning November 1, 2026, and ending October 31, 2027.
