Description
Montgomery County is establishing a qualified provider pool for ongoing psychiatric, psychological, specialized clinical, and forensic evaluation services on an as-needed basis. Services may include diagnostic and medication evaluations, fitness-for-duty evaluations, competency and risk assessments, psychological and neuropsychological testing, substance-use assessments, court-ordered and forensic evaluations, child-custody and parenting-capacity evaluations, sex-offender risk assessments, and intellectual or developmental-disability assessments. Assignments may require written reports, court testimony, multidisciplinary meetings, and timely findings across County departments and settings. Providers must be licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania, hold appropriate professional credentials, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience. Proposals must include a cover letter, technical proposal, staffing information with resumes or CVs and licensure documentation, at least three professional references, a description of similar work, a detailed fee schedule, the completed Appendix "A" Document, and a current W-9. The contract is open-ended, may include multiple awarded vendors, and provides no guaranteed minimum volume, assignments, duration of service engagement, or compensation.
