Description
The City of Durham is soliciting sealed formal bids for Contract SW-109, Street Maintenance Repairs 2027. The work includes furnishing all required materials, labor, equipment, tools, and other necessary items for complete installation of sidewalks, ADA curb ramps, concrete and granite curb and gutter, driveway aprons, asphalt, stamped concrete, and brick pavers at various locations where water and sewer repairs were performed throughout the city. Bidders must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes, and each bid must include a non-collusion affidavit. Bidders are encouraged to attend the virtual pre-bid conference; instructions will be provided through the project webpage. Prospective bidders must email their intention to prepare a bid to the designated contact to receive addenda and information notices, and failure to do so may render a bid nonresponsive.
