Description
The City of Durham is requesting qualifications from licensed engineering firms to provide construction engineering and inspection services for the installation of a new sidewalk on East Club Boulevard. The scope includes inspections and ombudsperson services. A mandatory virtual pre-submittal conference is scheduled for October 6, 2026. Qualifications submittals must be emailed as PDF files by October 22, 2026, and must include a non-collusion affidavit. Firms must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes and should notify the Project Manager by email of their intent to prepare a bid so they receive addenda and information notices.
