Description
The City of Durham Department of Water Management is soliciting sealed bids for the complete renovation of the Downing Woods and Marywood 100-GPM submersible lift stations. The work includes furnishing all required materials, labor, equipment, and tools in accordance with the bidding documents, drawings, and technical specifications. Bidders must be licensed as North Carolina general contractors and must demonstrate relevant municipal construction experience, qualified personnel, suitable equipment, financial resources, and the ability to self-perform at least 60% of the contract work. Bids must include the approved Bid Form, non-collusion affidavit, required bidder qualification information, and bid security. The project requires substantial completion within 300 consecutive calendar days and final completion within 330 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
