Description
The City of Garden City is soliciting bids for demolition and removal of a racquetball/handball court at Kiwanis Park. The work includes demolishing and removing concrete walls, wall footings, concrete floors and slabs up to the asphalt parking lot, and fencing. The contractor must fill demolished areas with dirt as needed to reach finish grade, then provide topsoil and seed as needed. Bidders must hold all licenses required for the work. The bid price sheet requires a total project cost and bidder information, including company details, tax identification number, contact information, and signature.
