Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting one firm-fixed-price contract for FY2027 industrial repairs to USCG STA Saginaw River (49422) and CG ANT Detroit (49424), both 49-foot BUSL boats. The work includes dry-docking repairs and alterations; underwater body, freeboard, mast, stern tube, deck, forepeak, lazarette, buoy deck, A-frame, and anchor-chain hawse-pipe preservation; hull identification markings; temporary work-shelter and containment installation; non-skid sheet installation; inspections; quality-control documentation; and related labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and facilities. The solicitation requires pricing for definite and optional contract line items, including a composite labor rate and laydays. Offerors must submit a completed and signed SF 1449, completed schedule of supplies and services with pricing, past-performance documentation, small-business self-certification, welding certifications and procedures, proof of insurance, AMPP Senior Inspector/NACE Level 3 or QP-1 certification, a planning document, SAM UEI and TIN, proof of Joint Certification Program certification, and completed FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications. The solicitation also requires relevant past-performance records or questionnaires and current JCP registration to access controlled Coast Guard drawings.
