Description
The City of Romulus Parks and Recreation Department is requesting proposals from qualified recreation equipment design/build firms or teams to produce a conceptual design, final design, construction documents, and construction for a non-supervised public playground at St. John's Lodge #44 Park. Proposers must use the City-provided forms. The submission requires three paper copies—one original and two marked copies—plus one electronic PDF copy, all enclosed together in a sealed package. The pricing sheet must be completed on the provided form, sealed separately, and kept out of the technical proposal. The successful contractor must provide required bonds and proof of insurance after award as specified in the RFP documents.
