Description
The City of Detroit, through Bridging Neighborhoods, seeks ground-maintenance services for vacant residential homes that have been renovated or are pending demolition or renovation. The scope includes initial lawn clearing and debris removal, lawn mowing and trimming, snow clearing and de-icing, tree trimming and removal with stump grinding, tire disposal, grass seeding, and hydroseeding. Services may be requested individually or in bulk, with specific locations provided by email during the contract period. The vendor must provide before-and-after photographs, respond to work orders within 24 hours, and meet specified completion timelines for lawn care, snow removal, tree work, and debris removal. The contract term is two years, and the opportunity is limited to approved Detroit Supply Schedule #1 Ground Maintenance vendors. Respondents must quote all pricing-sheet items and demonstrate at least five years of relevant ground-maintenance experience, appropriate equipment, and qualified personnel. The solicitation anticipates one or multiple awards and requires submission through the Supplier Portal.
