Description
The City of Detroit is seeking quotes for a three-year supply of retroreflective sign materials and sign-manufacturing accessories. Requested items include white, colored, and fluorescent super high-efficiency full-cube and high-intensity-prismatic sheeting in multiple roll widths; clear transfer tape; protective overlay film with premask; pressure-sensitive electronic cuttable film; slip sheeting; and precut high-intensity-prismatic sign sheeting in several sizes. Respondents must complete the provided questionnaire, price sheet, and required forms and certifications. The questionnaire requests organizational information, at least three relevant experiences from the last five years, subcontractor information if applicable, and capacity documentation including an organization chart and resumes for key personnel. The price sheet identifies approximate annual usage and three-year usage quantities for the requested materials.
