Description
Adams County, Colorado will approve final payment on October 15, 2026, to Hudick Excavating, Inc. dba HEI Civil, for the 2022.125 York Street Phase II project from 78th to 88th Avenue. Any person or entity with a claim against either contractor arising from the contract may file a verified statement of claim by the final settlement deadline, pursuant to Section 38-26-107, C.R.S.
