Description
Front Range Community College (FRCC) is requesting qualifications from architectural/engineering firms to perform comprehensive facility condition assessments (FCA) and infrastructure audits at its Westminster and Larimer campuses. The purpose is to gather information, identify critical deficiencies, and prioritize projects for submission to the State for Controlled Maintenance funding. Deliverables must include a prioritized project list with risk scoring, funding tiering, asset-level database, and phasing strategies. The selected vendor will follow the Office of State Architect (OSA) audit report format and integrate outputs with enterprise systems. The project covers approximately 820,292 square feet of building space across multiple structures, including academic buildings, libraries, and storage facilities, as well as site infrastructure surveys totaling 135 acres. The estimated project cost is $500,000.
