Description
The City of Golden is soliciting proposals for turnkey design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and closeout services for two rooftop solar photovoltaic systems. These systems will be installed at the Golden Community Center (1470 10th Street, Golden, CO 80401) and the Fossil Trace Golf Course Clubhouse (3050 Illinois Street, Golden, CO 80401). The scope of work includes site assessment, early equipment procurement to leverage federal tax credits, detailed design and engineering, installation (including potential roof upgrades at one site), commissioning and testing, and training/documentation for City staff. Proposers are encouraged to describe strategies for accelerating equipment procurement and managing long-lead materials to meet project schedules and minimize supply chain risks. Proposals are due by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 26, 2026, and questions must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Monday, June 22, 2026. All submissions and inquiries must be made through the OpenGov Procurement Portal.
