Description
This is a Design-Build solicitation for the replacement and modernization of existing Edwards EST-3 fire alarm control systems with new Edwards EST-4 fire alarm systems in Buildings 810, 67, and 94 at the Denver Federal Center. The scope includes engineering, design, programming, demolition, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and closeout services. The project also requires integration of the new EST-4 system with the existing Silent Knight fire alarm system in Building 810. All work must be performed in occupied federal facilities while maintaining continuous life safety protection and minimizing disruption to operations. The period of performance is 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
