Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting a contractor to provide pathology services primarily for its Zoo. The scope includes biopsies, emergency biopsies, necropsies limited to histopathology, and emergency necropsies limited to histopathology. The bid form lists approximate annual minimum and maximum quantities and requires bidders to price all items; one award will be made for all items. The annual budgeted amount is $600.00. Expedited shipping and handling will be treated as pass-through expenses at the provider's actual net cost. The contract has an initial three-year term, with an option for the City to extend it for two additional years at the same unit prices. Required submission materials include the completed bid form, solicitation forms, Form 1295, W-9, and applicable affidavits and certifications; the bid submittal and signature page is required only for paper responses.
