Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting median maintenance services for designated city and state roadway medians. The bid form identifies two required items—city medians and state medians—with minimum and maximum approximate quantities, and requires bidders to submit pricing for all items. Attachment A identifies the roadway medians, jurisdictions, limits, and approximate square footage covered by the work. One award will be made for all items. The initial contract term is three years, with an option for the City to extend the contract for two additional years at the same unit prices. The solicitation evaluates experience with comparable contracts and employee medical benefits and incentives, and requires completed solicitation forms and supporting business documentation.
