Description
El Paso County is conducting a Request for Information to gather market information, recommendations, industry practices, implementation considerations, and pricing models for comprehensive inmate communication and engagement solutions. The requested capabilities include inmate telephone services; tablets; movement and activity tracking; vital-sign health monitoring; electronic legal messaging and mail; general electronic messaging and mail; video visitation; kiosks and payments; commissary and trust-account integration; security and investigative tools; administration and reporting; technical support and maintenance; and related technology, infrastructure, integrations, pilots, and emerging technologies. Respondents are asked to describe their company experience, comparable implementations, implementation and training approaches, platform capabilities, security and analytics, licensing and cost structures, support models, integrations, and applicable legal or security considerations. This is an information-gathering exercise only, not a competitive procurement, and will not result in a contract award. Responses must include the requested response information and supporting documentation, including the El Paso County Signature Page for hard-copy submissions.
