Description
Miami University is seeking a replacement enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The requested solution includes application implementation and installation, hosting and service support, system functionality meeting the university's requirements, data security and confidentiality safeguards, accessibility compliance, and related services. The application is targeted for launch on January 1, 2027, with usability targeted for January 1, 2029, although the solicitation's detailed requirements table is largely incomplete. Proposals will be evaluated using best-value criteria, including supplier qualifications and personnel credentials, references, proposed services and responses to scenarios, compliance with the solicitation, sustainability information, and potential presentations or interviews. Responders must provide at least two similar-project references, preferably in higher education, with contact information; respond item by item in the solicitation's order; submit the completed Proposal Offering Form; provide detailed solution specifications, pricing, warranties, exceptions or deviations, sustainability practices, and a proposed rebate structure. The resulting provider must support applicable accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA, and maintain specified insurance coverage, including general liability, automobile liability when applicable, workers' compensation, and cyber liability when accessing university information systems.
