Description
The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority is soliciting sealed bids for a contractor to provide ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, software support, preventive maintenance, emergency response, and related services for its existing integrated security infrastructure. The system includes approximately 330 Axis IP cameras, 147 access-controlled doors, HID readers and access-control devices, Morse Watchman key-control systems, Genetec Security Center version 5.14, servers, network infrastructure, cabling, conduit, cabinets, and UPS equipment. The contractor must be Genetec-certified and maintain compatibility with RTA's existing Genetec environment. The scope includes quarterly preventive maintenance, camera and access-control testing, key-control and UPS maintenance, firmware recommendations, Genetec licensing and renewal coordination, hardware and software troubleshooting, emergency repairs, replacement-equipment installation, cabling and conduit work, and time-and-materials services. Routine work is expected during regular business hours, while emergency services require a maximum eight-hour response. Bidders must submit pricing for annual software support, preventive maintenance, labor classifications, service calls, equipment installation, Genetec programming, conduit, and category-cable installation. The contract is for one year with two optional one-year extensions, for a maximum term of 36 months.
