Description
Miami University is requesting proposals for four annual printings of an alumni magazine distributed to approximately 200,000 alumni in four countries. The stated specifications include 30 pages, double-sided glossy printing, three-color production, and mailing services. Proposals should address the requested services and specifications, provide pricing and delivery timing, include at least two references for similar projects with contact information, describe sustainability practices and products, identify any deviations or exceptions, and include the required Proposal Offering Form. The supplier must sign the proposal in blue or black ink, provide detailed specifications and literature for the proposed solution, and state willingness to use the University's Single Use Account payment program. The solicitation also requires applicable insurance coverage, including automobile liability when operating vehicles on campus, general liability, workers' compensation, and cyber liability if the supplier accesses University information systems.
