Description
The Richmond Sanitary District is soliciting sealed bids for its 2026 Lining Project. Bidders must submit a properly completed Indiana State Board of Accounts Form No. 96 and provide bid security in the form of a bidder's bond, certified check, or cashier's check equal to 5% of the total bid price. Out-of-state bidders must use a surety admitted to do business in Indiana. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and materials payment bond before commencing work. Specifications and bid forms are available from the Richmond Sanitary District. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Confidential-Bid Proposal."
