Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of the existing multi-zone air handling unit and associated return fan, chilled water pump, and accessories at Boise State University's SPEC Building. The project also includes installation of a new steam converter, heating water pump, heating water piping, and related accessories. The heating water piping will be extended to serve the new multi-zone unit, and the existing Johnson Controls building automation system will be extended from the nearby Student Union building to integrate the replacement equipment. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required. A 5% bid bond based on the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required. The estimated project cost is $1,492,000.
