Description
The project involves removing and replacing the existing multi-zone air handling unit, associated return fan, chilled water pump, and accessories. The work also includes installing a new steam converter, heating water pump, heating water piping, and related accessories, with the piping extended to serve the new multi-zone unit. The contractor must integrate the existing Johnson Controls building automation system by extending it from the nearby Student Union building. A 5% bid bond based on the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required, and bidders must hold a State of Idaho Public Works Contractor's License. The estimated project cost is $1,492,000.
