Description
Boise State University is seeking proposals for a modular, enterprise-grade Retail Sales Management System to replace its legacy platform for the Bronco Shop. The solution must support physical and e-commerce sales, customer relationship management, promotions, loyalty programs, analytics, at least 12 points of purchase, compatible merchant services, and supporting hardware. The scope includes inventory management across retail locations, warehouses, vendor management, sourcing, fulfillment, and stock optimization, as well as accounting functions for accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, sales reconciliation, cost of goods sold, tax liabilities, audit trails, and integration with the University's central Oracle ERP. Vendors may propose on any of three lots—Sales Management, Inventory Management, and Accounting Management—and may offer a unified suite or collaborative vendor network. Implementation services are required, with full operational testing by May 1, 2027, and go-live scheduled for July 1, 2027. Responses must include the specified business and scope requirements, cost sheets, signature page, and reference questionnaire, along with a redacted proposal or a statement that no redacted information is included.
