Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a complete lab management software package and digital lens calculation services for the VISN 20 Optical Fabrication Laboratory. The scope includes software, licenses, hardware, literature, training, installation, programming support, general and IOT freeform lens calculations, workflow monitoring, production scheduling, inventory, reporting, pricing and invoicing, job tracking, and interfaces with Opticom, VisionWeb, CPRS, VistA, CERNER, and Satisloh equipment. The contractor must provide ongoing LMS support, remote order entry and job checking, 24-hour telephone and online technical support, troubleshooting, software updates, customizable reports, and support for multiple VA care sites. The response must demonstrate compatibility with VA IT systems, provide technical capabilities, related experience, past performance for three to five similar contracts completed within the past five years, and pricing. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside with a base period plus four option years.
