Description
St. Johns County School District is soliciting temporary nursing services on an as-needed basis for various sites throughout St. Johns County. The requested personnel include School Nurse I licensed practical nurses and registered nurses, with hourly bill rates submitted by position. The contractor must recruit, screen, interview, supervise, employ, and replace qualified personnel as needed; provide candidate profiles upon request; handle payroll, taxes, transportation, and related administration; and ensure compliance with student confidentiality, background screening, drug screening, training, licensing, and employment eligibility requirements. The initial contract term is November 9, 2026, through November 8, 2027, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Responses must include the completed and signed acknowledgment form, required exhibits and certifications, active corporate-status documentation, certificate of insurance, and the Bid Sheet submitted in its original Excel format. Services will be ordered on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity basis, and the contractor must provide itemized invoices supported by approved timesheets.
