Description
The City of Troy is soliciting a contractor to provide the labor and materials required to install a new well and pump control panel serving Miami Shores Golf Course. The project includes a new 20-horsepower well, a 100-horsepower pump control panel, and associated electrical upgrades. The engineer's estimate is $275,000. State prevailing-wage requirements apply. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
