Description
The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority is seeking a vendor to furnish and support a three-year occupational footwear program for approximately 30 Transit Supervisors. The scope includes duty shoes, slip-resistant shoes, athletic-style work shoes, and optional safety and waterproof footwear, with products available in men's and women's sizes, standard and wide widths where offered, durable materials, slip-resistant sole options, and standard manufacturer colors. The vendor must provide sizing and fitting assistance, online ordering, catalogs and pricing, delivery to designated RTA locations or authorized employees, exchanges for sizing issues, warranty support, customer service, and notification of discontinued products with comparable replacements. Quotes must include company information, product catalogs and styles, size and width availability, warranty information, return and exchange policies, ordering procedures, references, required certifications and confirmations, and completed pricing for three contract years. The contract has a 36-month duration, with an option for RTA to extend the term by written notice.
