Description
The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority is seeking a contractor to provide heavy-duty industrial power washing, sweeping, and bus-lane scrubbing at five transit hubs: Wright Stop Plaza, East Hub, South Hub, West Hub, and Northwest Hub. The scope includes cleaning platforms, bus lanes, sidewalks, and areas contaminated by oil, diesel, grease, dirt, stains, and other accumulated contaminants. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, water, chemicals, pretreatment products, safety controls, wastewater recovery and disposal, transportation, and related materials. Equipment must support heated/high-pressure cleaning, mechanical scrubbing, water recovery, and containment. Work must be coordinated around active transit operations, with Wright Stop Plaza cleaning performed between 1:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. and the other hubs cleaned Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The contract term is 36 months, with estimated cleaning frequencies and no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities. Required submissions include a quote, at least three professional references, terms-and-conditions confirmation, a SAM.gov exclusions screenshot, a completed Debarment and Suspension Certification, payment-terms confirmation, and other applicable documents such as an insurance certificate.
