Description
Greater Dayton Premier Management is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured firms to provide licensing, hosting, management, monitoring, maintenance, and technical support for its Microsoft 365 environment, email and file-server backup, hosted Cisco Unified Communications/VoIP phone system, related cloud services, and hosted firewall services. The scope includes specified Microsoft licensing and mailbox-storage quantities, 118 Cisco 8841 phones, two Cisco 8851 phones, two Cisco 8800-series expansion modules, Cisco emergency responder, call manager, voicemail management, hosted calling services, and backup and data-protection services. Responses must include detailed product and service pricing, annual renewal costs, support services and hours, after-hours procedures, service-level agreements, the company’s business model and service-delivery approach, an implementation or transition plan if applicable, and any additional fees. Bidders must provide one-year service pricing with two-year option pricing and submit a signed Non-Collusive Affidavit and Full Disclosure Statement. The solicitation states that the contract start date is October 1, 2026, and that the agreement may include renewal options for a total term not exceeding five years. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, professional liability/errors and omissions, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, and cyber liability; cyber liability must be at least $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate.
