Description
The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of lubricants and fluids for approximately 69 transit buses. Required products include SAE 15W-40 natural gas engine oil meeting API CK-4 and Cummins CES 20092, engine coolant/antifreeze meeting specified ASTM and Cummins standards, high-pressure lithium grease, SAE 85W-140 GL-5 differential/rear axle oil, and Allison-approved TES 668 transmission fluid. The contract is a two-year fixed-price supply agreement with economic price adjustments, estimated quantities, and delivery within two business days of purchase-order release. Bidders must submit a PlanetBids line-item price schedule, required bidder certification and information forms, product specification/data sheets, applicable Safety Data Sheets, and Cummins or Allison compliance documentation as applicable. An alternative delivery timeframe form is required only when the bidder cannot meet the standard two-business-day delivery requirement. The contract requires ongoing product delivery, packaging, regulatory compliance, delivery documentation, and replacement of defective or nonconforming products.
