Description
Orange County, New York is soliciting firm, delivered pricing for a broad range of motor oils, hydraulic oils, gear and bearing lubricants, greases, automatic transmission fluids, diesel exhaust fluid, antifreeze, windshield washer fluid, aerosol cleaners, and related products. The solicitation covers packaged and bulk quantities, including delivery to County bulk tanks, metered delivery tickets, product sampling before tank filling, tank labeling, drum collection, and no-cost oil analysis services. Emergency same-day service may also be requested. Bidders must provide manufacturer product information and specification sheets for all products offered, and alternate products must be accompanied by detailed descriptive literature. Products must meet or exceed the listed performance, viscosity, industry, manufacturer, and application specifications. The award may be made by item, group, or aggregate to one or more responsive and responsible bidders. Responses require the completed bid form and specified certifications and business-entity documentation; physical submission is required, with an original-signature unbound set and two additional bid sets.
