Description
The United States Coast Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price supply contract for 16,000 gallons of Shell Gadinia S3 40 lube oil to support CGC Polar Star's winter deployment. The oil must meet the specifications in the provided Safety Data Sheet and be delivered by truck using a 50- to 100-foot, 2-inch camlock hose. The vendor must provide and place 600 feet of boom around the ship for the duration of the transfer, provide a hose long enough to reach the fill port, and provide a receipt showing the total quantity delivered and price breakdown. Pricing must be all-inclusive, including transportation, delivery, boom placement, and transfer support. The driver must have Real ID access authorization for the Coast Guard base. Offers will be evaluated on technical capability, recent and relevant past performance, and total price, with award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer.
