Description
This project will replace deteriorated dry fire suppression systems in six residential cottages at the Idaho Educational Services for the Deaf & Blind. The work includes replacing failing piping and valves with modern, code-compliant fire suppression systems integrated into the existing buildings to minimize disruption, enhance life safety, reduce maintenance issues, and support safe residential facilities. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required. Bidders must hold a Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho. The estimated project cost is $615,180.
