Description
Goose Creek Flood Control District #16 is soliciting bids for the Oakley Dam Outlet Works Remediation Project—Valve Structure. The work includes constructing and installing the valve house concrete base structure and installing owner-provided valves and project controls. The valve house wooden structure and roof will be constructed under a separate future contract. Bids must be submitted by September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. local time. A pre-bid conference will be held on September 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; attendance is encouraged but not required. Bidding documents and addenda must be obtained through the designated issuing office or document repository after bidder registration.
