Headwaters Construction Company, acting as CM/GC for the State of Idaho Department of Administration Division of Public Works, is soliciting bids for the construction of a new 10,000 square foot residential cottage. The project includes all scopes of work necessary to complete the construction of the cottage and associated site work. Subcontractors with bids over $100,000 must hold an active Idaho Public Works license with a sufficient bid limit at the time of proposal. Bid documents are available electronically from Headwaters Construction Company's website or by phone. Bids must be submitted before the due dates and times outlined in the contract documents.
