Description
The Bureau of Land Management is soliciting a firm-fixed-price purchase of one new, brand-name-or-equal four-wheel utility terrain vehicle for the Burley Field Office. The vehicle must have an enclosed heated and ventilated cab, three-person capacity, approximately 65 horsepower, 2,500-pound towing capacity, 1,200-pound payload capacity, four-wheel drive and turf mode, rollover protection, specified suspension, tires, dimensions, cargo box, windshield, doors, lighting, hitch, and related equipment described in the salient characteristics. The contractor must accept one 2016 Honda Pioneer 1000 as a trade-in and subtract the trade-in value from the new vehicle price. The quote must include pricing for both the new UTV and the trade-in, along with the completed solicitation forms and required telecommunications representation, if applicable. Delivery or pickup is required by December 1, 2026, with delivery to the Burley Field Office or contractor loading and unloading at the BLM Burley Operations Yard, depending on distance.
