Description
Goose Creek Flood Control District #16 is soliciting construction bids for the Oakley Dam Outlet Works Remediation Project, specifically the extension of the existing steel outlet works from the end of the existing steel liner to a new valve structure. Bids must be submitted by September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. local time and will be publicly opened at that time. The bidding documents, including official notifications and addenda, are available through the designated document-access process after bidder registration. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; attendance is encouraged but not required.
