Description
The United States Air Force requires a firm-fixed-price contractor to renovate base chapel Building 2606 at Mountain Home Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. The project includes replacement of the addressable fire alarm and mass notification system, HVAC replacement, complete roof replacement, restroom renovations to meet ABA standards, masonry, concrete, structural, window and door, flooring, painting, ceiling, fire suppression, and lactation-room work, as well as hazardous-materials sampling and abatement. Most elements require design-build services and a 100% design package. The mandatory performance period is 550 calendar days after award or notice to proceed. The project magnitude is between $5 million and $10 million. Offers are evaluated on technical quality, including the technical approach and phasing plan, key personnel qualifications, relevant experience with occupied renovations, past performance, and price. Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until funding is available.
